Everything you send is in your Diary the moment you send it.
Kept on this device — automatically
Twenty-two pages, and only you ever write on them. Not the coach, not your Diary, not an update — nothing on this whole site can change one word you typed here. What comes over from your Diary sits beside your answers, dated, at the bottom of each page, and only if you keep it.
All walls down. Nothing here is graded.
Lines your Diary and your Walk have sent over, sorted into pages. Untick anything you do not want kept — it is not thrown away, it goes back to its page and waits there. Nothing you typed yourself is being changed.
Talked to another AI today? Select the whole conversation, copy it, and drop it in here. The whole thing is kept in your Diary under this month, searchable forever — and the few lines that are actually about you get lifted out and offered to your Blueprint. This is also where your own file comes back if you are carrying it over from another phone.
or — from iCloud, Google Drive, or your Downloads
This is who you are, how you want to be spoken to, your prompts, and where you have been this past month. Paste it into the first message of any chat — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, anywhere — and that AI knows you. At the bottom it tells that AI what to hand you when you are finished, so the day comes home with you.
Say in plain words how you want an AI to behave, and I will write the prompt for you and give it a name. You do not have to know any of the words for this. Just say it the way you would say it to a person.
Your Diary lives on one device and nowhere else — not on a server, not on this website, not anywhere anybody but you can reach. So it matters which one this is.
Away is not a lesser thing. You write here the same way; when you are finished you tap Take It Home and drop it into your Diary on your own phone. You can change this any time.
Three different things, and you only need the one you came for.
