Nothing in this room is saved
Not to this device, not to your Blueprint, not to anybody's server. There is no save button in this room because there is nowhere for it to go. If you want to keep something, keep it in the Diary instead — this room is for the things you are putting down.
The strongest way is still off the screen. Write it out by hand, burn the paper, put the ashes in the ground. Do that when you can. This room is for the nights you cannot.
Every people that ever lived worked out the same thing: something carried in silence does not leave on its own. It has to be said out loud, and then it has to be let go of in a way the body can see.
Fire is what they all landed on. Not because the fire is magic — because you cannot un-burn something. Watching it go is what tells the part of you that never listens to reasoning that it is actually finished.
So say the whole thing. Not the polite version. Then burn it, and let it be gone.
